Operator controls:
Edge feeding is automatic for coil materials with a thickness of 0.4–3 mm. Strips to 3mm can be fed individually. The operator control panel is conveniently located at the infeed of the machine. It controls the glue temperature, on/off for each working unit, and emergency stop. It comes equipped with a heated infeed fence that pre-heats the panel's edge for superior glue absorption for a better bond.
Quick change glue pot The 1.2 kg Teflon-coated glue pot is designed for EVA hot-melt glue. The glue is applied by a roller, and the glue amount is adjustable. The glue pot is a Quick-Change type and can be removed and replaced in less than 1 minute. Excellent for fast glue color change or maintenance. The machine comes with (1) glue pot, and additional pots are available

High-frequency end trim
The end trim system is a single motor with (2) saw blades. The unit is mounted on high-precision linear bearings, which ensure perfect cutting results for years to come. The high-frequency 12000 RPM motor meets any challenge regardless of edge type and thickness.
High-frequency top & bottom trimmers
Equipped with (2) high-frequency motors for top & bottom trimming of the panel. Each motor has an inset knife cutterhead which can be adjusted from flush to bevelled finish for thin edges, and radius trimming (2mm radius) for thicker edges is quick and easy. The high-frequency 12000 RPM motors produce a fine finish on edge materials. The motors are adjusted in and out using precision mechanical readouts for fast and accurate adjustment.
Pressure rollers
The pressure roller unit consists of one large roller, followed by a smaller one. The purpose of the unit is to improve the glue bond between the edge and the material. Due to the "Quick" setup system, the unit is mechanically spring-loaded and can be adjusted exactly to the required edge thickness. The adjustable spring system allows for a perfect bond between the panel and edge every time
PVC scraping unit with
2mm radius knives and buffing motors The radius scraping unit fine-tunes the edge radius while removing knife marks during the milling process on radius edging. Insert knives have a 2mm radius. The buffing unit leaves a super finish on ABS and PVC edging and removes any discoloration on the edges, especially when working with dark edge material.
